help!!!!

I am trying to upload some photos....neither safari not firefox will do it. when I push the upload button, it reverts to the little window that says something about "please be patient when your upload is done, this window may take a little while to close",,,but the upload never starts. I have tried with 3 photos, 2 photos and even 1 photo..... doesn't work! thanks for any advice...Linda

You might try re-starting your computer. Yesterday a store owner was having similar problems and simply restarted and everything started working again. If this doesn't work post again and we'll look into it on our end, but uploads are working fine for me.
