Upload Help please

Hi,
I'm new with printfection and i'm having awful trouble trying to upload images to my store. The upload console just hangs from anywhere between 32-132 kb. It's trying to upload at 0kbps? Can anyone please help?

Hello bidgeeman,

Another member was using IE7, and having trouble because Printfection does not support it, yet. Are you using IE7, IE6, or other? This may be one reason.
I am sure Kevin or Casey will be along to give your more assistance.

Hi Acasa. Thanks for the advice. I downloaded Firefox and it seems to work fine.

IE v6 and any recent version of Firefox should work (these browsers are fully supported). If you're having problems with IE 6 or Firefox we do want to know about it... send us an e-mail or post a message in the Bugs forum. Sorry for the inconvenience, bidgeeman. I'm glad it's working now.

Hi Casey,

Thanks for the reply to my post. Firefox is working ok but my uploads are very slow and do sometime stop altogether. Is that normal?

What kind of internet connection do you have?
What is the size of the file you are trying to upload?
What type of file is it? (jpg, png, bmp, etc)
