Hi all!
I am new here and just opened my first store to test Printfection.com out. So far, I am very impressed. I have noticed a bug or two, though, so I'll post those as I encounter them.
The most annoying bug I've discovered is that the prices on my shirts jump by $1 whenever I create a design in the Product Designer, and then subsequently go back in and edit any of the information for a shirt. Upon saving the changes, the shirt price displayed in my store jumps $1 (to $19 from the usual $18) -- although the price is correct once the item has been added to the cart. Behind the scenes, the pricing on the shirt has not changed...no $$$ has been added to the commission, base price, etc...the math just appears to go wonky. To work around this, I've found that I have to delete my shirts and completely re-create them whenever I make a typo in the product description...this gets tiresome quickly, though! :-)
An example of this bug in action is here: http://www.printfection.com/rawtees?id=7041&minprice=&maxprice=
I assume that the folks at Printfection.com can access my account to look at the behind-the-scenes stuff.
Thanks much, and I look forward to getting to know everyone better!
All the best,
Eric from Raw Tees
