I'm not sure if this stems from my computer, or the server used by printfection.
Sometimes it takes hours just to upload one image.

If you can provide me with more information I may be able to help you troubleshoot the problem. Most likely it's not a problem with our servers, but more likely a problem with your connection to the internet. Are you on a high-speed connection or a dial-up connection? DSL or Cable Modem? Is there any specific times of the day when this always happens, or is it random? What operating system are you using, and what Internet Browser (and what version?).
Please try uploading the same image that "takes hours" and let me know if you can get the image to upload in a reasonable time and let me know how long it takes under "good circumstances". If it always takes you hours to upload the image it's most likely a problem with your connection to the internet. If it sometimes takes hours, and other times the same image only takes a few minutes, we need to look into it further!
I just tried uploading an image to our web servers (located off-site, so I need to go across the internet the same as you) and it seems to be working OK with good speeds (approx 70~90 KB/sec on a high-speed connection). Please let me know more details if possible, and of course let me know if this happens again.
One more thing-- you may want to try a different internet browser and see if you have better luck. For example, if you're on Windows try Firefox (http://www.getfirefox.com) instead of Internet Explorer!

Hi Kevin,
I have cable high speed connection, i found that if i try to upload on my images page it sometimes works better than uploading from the link " upload Images"
View images page is a better way to go for me.
The upload processing bar doesn't show up, or the bar couldn't be displayed "Error" bar.
I hope this helps;)

Yes this information helps, but I think if we could know:
1) What operating system you're using
2) What internet browser
3) What version of the browser
we can help you even more! The image upload bar should pop-up (unless you have a pop-up-blocker) and the images should be uploading no matter what link you click... so let's try to get this fixed! I want to make sure you can upload anything and everything you want!!

Hi Casey,
I've just been going through the bug threads and I have the same problem as Huerproductions outlined. Even though things have improved slightly now i'm using Firefox it rtill takes me around 1/2 to 1 hour to upload a 3.7 mb file.
I'm on 512 dsl running XP.
Cheers
