Login Problem

I am unable to login to the main page. It is just refreshing the same screen.

The problem was fixed yesterday afternoon. Unforeseen side effect of a server upgrade. Thanks for letting us know and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I still can't log in.

I'm using Mozilla on a Mac.

This page just keeps refreshing with my info filled in:

Also can't get thru with Safari, and before when a feature wasn't accessible thru Mozilla, it was with Safari.

Safari can’t open the page “https://www.printfection.com/include/login.php” (https://www.printfection.com/include/login.php%E2%80%9D). The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

It won't let me open a store. Keeps saying I'm not signed in when I obviously am, or I wouldn't be posting this:)

Edit *I was able to create a store, I just have to name it now.*

We've been troubleshooting this login problem relentlessly and finally figured out the problem. Certain people were not picking up the correct cookie when they arrived at our website and had intermittent login problems because they didn't have this cookie. We've resolved the issue and you should no longer have any login problems.
