Hiya, im new to printfection. i have not yet started my store as i'm stil researching into all the different aspects of opening up one.
my question is regarding mark-up prices, how do you decide on what the price of a t-shirt should be?
can you guys tell me what the average price for the t-shirts in your store is?

One good way to figure this out is to look at other people's shops, and see how much they mark things up. Since we all have the same base price, you can figure it out.
My shirts are marked up $5-6. Some people use $10. One person at another site has a single shirt that costs $100 (with text on the shirt "I paid $100 for this shirt"). He actually does sell a few of these!
Don't worry that your shirts are more expensive than mall shirts ... they are selling mass-produced clothing, you're selling unique, unusual art. People will pay more than mall prices.

What Liz said - and I have a mark-up between $5 and $8 for shirts, and between $3 and $5 for other products here. As a side note: I have a higher mark-up elsewhere, and sales are no less there than here.
