So far, 90+% of my sales have come from a search engine refferal, which is hardly surprising given how little external marketing I do. I track the search terms that visitors come by and I am pretty sure that I have a good page rank for the most likely search terms (ukulele shirt/s, uke shirt/s, etc), however I am always looking to ensure that I improve or stay strong.
I'm no SEO expert, so I went looking for some good tools today to help we work things out and found a couple of good ones.
The first, http://www.trafficzap.com/keydensity.php, gives you a list of all keywords and their frequency at your store.
The second, http://www.mikes-marketing-tools.com/ranking-reports/, allows you to work out your page ranks accross the major platforms:
This allows me to work on keywords to boost certain terms and then track the results over the next few days to see the results.
Just thought I would share,
Cheers,
Gavin
