I saw an interesting note. Amazon.com will now allow people to upload a video review of items and books. Ive always pushed for loading a domain site with items from many sources. The Amazon affiliation program is very good for that and lets you link directly to shooping items, music, books, etc that fit your site.

So if your shop is theme-based, you can make multiple good use of this video thing. Not in a cheating way of course (you know Im too paladin to recommend that). Such as, if your theme is fairies and you have some catchy fairy shirt then you could review a fairy book while wearing one of your catchy shirts. It would allow for your stuff to show up based on a search on a very popular site (amazon.com).

Im not sure if the info you add to the video about who made it will support any direct linking to your shop. But if the shirt can be searched for then it might generate searches. I know that I have one that easily pops up for a search on "tshirt netcop" even if they use something like Google to do it. I could wear while reviewing books for computer admins or computer forensics. Im sure it would generate searches for it.

Remember, you already HAVE the software for most things. At least enough to try it out. Its true of movie making also.

Wow Gandalf that sounds like a good idea. I wonder if they have issues with popping a little logo down in the corner for your shop like so many TV stations do now-a-days, or if you just introduce yourself at the beginning like "Hey, I'm Doc Trauma from T-shirt Trauma.com and I'd like to tell you today about The Bunny Book..."

And of course, wear the appropriate shirt...

I never recommend cheating a ToS agreement (terms of service). But this is fairly new for them and if they havent made a rule against it then there is nothing wrong with trying it, right? Maybe go slow and do one for one review and the other for another review so they nobody feels overloaded enough to complain.

Maybe a "buy some popcorn" style subliminal message would do the trick.

Cheers,
