PF Casey or PF Kevin (or anyone else who can help for that matter), a customer has a HUGE problem.

She was trying to order 9 shirts (1 small, 6 medium and 2 large) of product #1421051. She said that every time she would get to the screen where you confirm your order, you clicked the "Order" button and the next screen would go back to her shopping cart. She did this a total of 7 times.

I logged into my account and there was no order placed. I also did not get a "You just made a sale!" e-mail from Printfection.

So, I went in and made the order myself, shipping it to her and she is mailing me a check.

Later this evening, she sent me an e-mail saying she checked her credit card account and her credit card was charged 7 times by Protection. We think it charged it every time she tried and didn't get a confirmation???

That is a total of $1473.00!!

We need this fixed ASAP. To ensure that someone gets working on this quickly, I am posting this message here, I am going to e-mail PF AND I will call them on Monday morning.

Please look into this and fix it pronto.

P.S. I am not sure what operating system and ISP she is using if that is an issue. I e-mailed her and will post it when I find out.

Dude,

For $1400 I would recommend that you get on the phone and call Casey or Kevein to get it sorted out.

This forum is not really the place for a speedy response to this kind of problem.

Joe,

After talking with you on the phone earlier today we concluded the customer's credit card was being declined because of an invalid billing address. There was nothing wrong with the PF system, it was customer error. When she got redirected back to the shopping cart there was a huge red error box letting her know her credit card was declined.

I am glad we got this resolved and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
