I can't move a section. I want to move a top level section into another. I select "move section" and a new screen appears asking me to select the section to move it into, but no choices are given.

I've been trying for a month.

Are you trying to move a section from the top level of one store to the top level of another store? Because you're only able to move sections within the store they're in.

Nope. Trying to move sections within my store. I had this same issue awhile ago but with indidual products. Then, the subsections within my store did not appear when you clicked "move" I was told to "select a sectin to move into" but no sections were available.

That took awhile to fix, but seems fixed now. But, the problem with sections remains.

You should probably contact PF directly through the phone or email, with your shop address, so they can look at what's going on in there. It doesn't sound like anything I've ever seen in my shops, or heard about in the forums.

Ron,

Contact support@printfection.com and ask for Kevin at the top of your e-mail and he will look into the problem ASAP.

As I was about to email Kevin, I decided to check once again, and sure enough, the problem has resolved itself.

Still hoping for:

the ability to change images on multiple products at one time. . .

Image Folders

The ability to move many products at one time, not individually.

I understand the problems of a growing business, and REALLY understand the limitations of working capital!!

But we could create a much more vibrant Community of it was easier to offer 2 or 3 variants of a design to a customer at one time, rather than in separate sections (to which they may or may not go).

Along with driving more people to PF in the first place, this would be a major aid in revenue generation.

Casey: Thanks for the quick attention!!! PF sure does seem to care about taking care of the problems.
