View Full Version : Only 1/2 of thumbnail loading

Today I have noticed that many (maybe 60%) of thumbnail images are only loading the top 1/2 of the image. If you "refresh" it will swap between what thumbnail is doing it, so it doesn't look like it's any ones in particular.
Bizarre...

I'm not seeing this in my store. Did it clear up? Was it section thumbnails or product thumbnails?

It's still doing it for me. It's product thumbnails, the section thumbnails are fine. And it's not in my image basket, only in my store. Kinda weird!

I'm surfing through your sections and all the thumbnails are loading just fine for me. Neat stuff in there! :)

This is a known bug but we can't reproduce it (it's never happened to anyone in our office) so we are still working on it. It seems to happen very infrequently-- let us know if it continues to happen, and what browser you are using/etc. Thanks.

It's still doing it. Kinda weird! It's never happened to me before though. I'm on IE 7.0

I'd say the last month or so this is an every day occurance for me. It comes and goes, sometimes if I refresh the whole thumbnail will appear.
For me a little more than half the image loads, it's just the bottom edge of the shirt, mayby 1/4 of it on the bottom that doesn't fully load. So I didn't think it was a huge enough problem to report.
It's all items in all sections, whether I'm logged in or not. But like I said sometimes if I re-load the page I can get a full image. Or if I view other colors, sometimes they'll fully load in the new color, sometimes not. I'd say 60-40 they don't.
I just had my computer completely professionally cleaned out, so it's super fast. Also no other sites I have visited give me this problem. I am on IE if it makes a difference.

Thanks for the info. So far everyone having this problem is on some version of IE (including people who have e-mailed us about the issue)... this helps us narrow it down. Anyone have this happen on FireFox or Safari?
