If I'm readling the product design template correctly, the maximum image print size for certain standard adult t-shirt types is 13.5 inches wide by 16.5 inches high. But when I upload a 13 inch x 13 inch image (200 dpi) and apply the
image to these shirts, the estimated image height is listed as 10 inches.
Is there some special setting required to achieve these larger maximum sizes?

Hi Bigyucks,
I believe 10" is the default image size when applied to your shirts, but the designer should give you size up/size down options (in addition to letting you move the image around on the shirt) that look like magnifying glasses with "+" or "-" on them. If you click the "+" magnifying glass on the far right, it should size up to the max size. If that doesn't work, please post back.

Hi Eric,
I got one of my taller designs up to 12" in height, but if you try to
magnify it beyond that the edges of the design begin to disappear,
just like it was running off the edges of a mousepad.
Guess I'll just have to keep playing with it. Thanks for the suggestion,
I hadn't considered that those tools would work on t-shirts too. I must
say that the power to fine-tune the positioning of the image on a product
is very cool. :)
