Possible Bug

You may have a bug in your system, When I deleted my stores my earnings to date disappeared. I think once the store the sale is associated with is removed, for some reason it removes the sales history.

This is indeed a bug and will be fixed on the next update. This only affected the reports in your account, not payments of commission. You will be able to see all of your past sales even if you have shut down your store when this bug has been fixed.
