Bottoms of images are getting cut off on baseball jerseys - noticed when I sold 2 today and the images were missing parts at the bottom. I believe on my products I didn't do any resizing in product designer but the iamges were completely inside the area when created. The example giraffe is not my product (think it's twiga's) nor is the example gal below. Was shopping to see if it was happening only to mine or others' as well.

there is a little more to this image at the bottom than what is showing on the baseball jersey - the image is not cut straight across the bottom, it's "edged" creatively all the way around on other products, but sliced off on the baseball jersey.. it's more noticeable on the below shirts.

This gal's toe is chopped off but only on the baseball jersey:

Here is one of mine - cut off on the baseball jersey, showing fine on other products.

Will items ordered with these sliced off bottoms be printed with sliced off bottoms? It concerns me since I have had orders for the baseball jerseys today.

Oh dear! I went to some of my baseball shirts and several are cut off... I resized aa couple of them a smidge smaller and that solved the problem...I thin the baseball shirts have a smaller printing window than some of the other shirts...I will fix all of mine later.... but thanks for bringing this up...I probably never would have noticed!

There was a bug when auto creating adult baseball jerseys. If your image is taller than it is wide, the bottom of the image may have been cut off. This ONLY applies to adult baseball jerseys, front and back (although to a much lesser extent on the back). It has now been fixed for both sides so any baseball jerseys created after this post will not be cut off.

The only way to fix this is to modify your product and either resize it a little smaller, or click Autofit.

** If anybody has sold an adult baseball jersey which they think may be cut off (which has NOT shipped) please e-mail us ASAP at support@printfection.com (or PM me) with the order number so we can fix this. If it has already shipped we do have a 30 day guarantee and will make sure any exchanges do not have the cut off image.

Yeah they do have a smaller print area, BUT the images WERE popping in there just fine when created - now they have gained weight or whatever and are expanding outside of their area lol

If you hit that autosize thing it will pop upward just a hair - but plenty enough so that the bottom isn't chopped.

I just wanted to comment on having to go back in and manually fix these images.

With the ability to SHOW SECTION LISTING right there beside the products and the one page editing deal - this is going to be be a piece of cake to find and fix all of my tall images on the baseball jerseys and keep track of where I have fixed and haven't. No skipping around from section to subsection to top to bottom - it's listed right there - so easy. Time consuming but still so easy.

I would be majorly distraught at the other place and would never be able to keep track of what sections I've been through.

Claws up for this SHOW SECTION LISTING feature!

Thanks for letting us know how you are using the show section listing feature! It's very helpful when store owners give examples of how they use our website & why they like/dislike certain features. This gives us amazing insight into how the system is actually used with large stores and helps us with usability on future projects (like the store builder!). Please keep this kind of feedback coming on a regular basis (both positive + negative... with examples).
