This is a big one but unfortunately , it does not happen all the time..
IE 6.0 Windows XP
From the store home page , click on one of the product links to go to the product page. Every once in a while, the bottom half of the image gets cut off, sometimes even blocking customers' view of the logo. This would porbably be an easier bug to fix if it happened all the time but unfortunately, that is not the case.
Here is a screen shot. Hope you fix this soon!

P.S. Cafe Press sucks!

I've seen the same thing, not sure what could be causing it.

I could not include the screenshot above in these forums so i sent it directly via email. But I'm glad to hear I am not crazy. How often do you notice it and does it occur on IE 6.0 as well?

I also experience that using Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 on Windows Vista RC2. I'd say it happens about 3-5% of the time. Refreshing the page also seems to fix the problem.
Not sure what is causing it exactly, but wanted to report that it appears to be cross-browser.

I am still seeing this with IE. Refreshing does not help. FireFox is fine.
Anyone else? Or is it just me?

Interesting. Do you happen to have a link to the page where you're experiencing this? I haven't seen one yet (on my own site) where refreshing didn't take care of it. Hmmm...

Eric,
The front page - Header - upper left image never loads correctly. And, an example of the product page is http://www.printfection.com/texmex.177882 even after I refresh I still see the same.

It probably comes down to they are trying to force you to upgrade from IE6 to IE7.

This is a known problem, unfortunately we cannot replicate this on any computer nor any browser in our office. We are trying hard to dig to the bottom of this... keep feeding us information if you can. Thanks!
