Hi - I've opened a new store at http://www.printfection.com/brazilian-gifts
I've noticed a problem that will cause real conversion problems (to sales). Namely, on any item that has no color choices, and no other parameters, such as COASTERS, the price will NOT SHOW by the Add to Cart button in Internet Explorer.
However, it will show in Firefox. This is a big problem, because the visitor has to click the price tab to view pricing, or have seen it at the next level up. Many visitors will just be confused, and not add to cart at all, if the price is unknown to them
Example is shown here for a specific coaster:
http://www.printfection.com/brazilian-gifts.223870
You see NO PRICE before the word "Each" when using Internet Explorer, but it shows the price clearly in Firefox.
What is going on? When will this be fixed. (I apologize if I missed an earlier post on this. I did search, but I'm a new forum member). I've replicated this problem on XP, windows 2000, and windows 2000 server.
Thanks - Cheryl
PS - If adminitrators need me to snap images to show the problem, or provide browser details, just email me, or post here. I'm pretty eager to get this fixed! Thanks
